We have packages to fit every budget and every personality. We also offer A La Carte services from hourly consultations to custom packages, everything you will need for your wedding day. We customize mostly all of our packages based on our client needs. We meet all of our clients face to face to make sure that we are a good fit for you. Our full service package includes everything a bride needs to create the wonderful wedding day you've always dreamed of. We work with all of our couples by first creating your budget and then we begin interviewing vendors that can create the details you've requested for your day, from your menu to florals to music and more. We do all the leg work and you make all the decisions. Then you enjoy your wedding day while we handle all the details and timing!

A coordinator will be present at you rehearsal to assure a smooth and effective rehearsal and of course be present on wedding day to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. On your wedding day, leave the details to Behind The Scenes Inc, and relax and celebrate with your new spouse and family! We start this package about 60 days in advance by collecting copies of all your contracts to ensure that you are getting what you ordered. We can also just coordinate your ceremony or reception instead of the whole day if you like - just give us a call and ask!

Partial planning services are available for the bride and groom who want to have an active part in all of the design details and vendor negotiations that go along with wedding planning. Hire our design consultants to help you at the beginning, middle and end of your event planning process and still enjoy the benefits of our customized budget management and wedding event coordinating services.

If you aren’t sure of where to start with planning, but know that you want to do the planning yourself, then this package will also fit you. This is a consultation with a coordinator to create the budget and timeline for your wedding day. We will point you in the right direction to have a stress free planning process. As you plan your wedding day we build your wedding day timeline and set up plans for decor, floor plan and guest table set ups.

This is for the bride that wants to plan her wedding but have a professional design the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception rooms. We’ll help you make your vision a reality. We work within the budget that you give us and help you select colors, develop a theme and more! We'll handle all the personal details - and give you ones that you didn't even dream of! You'll transform your event with our extensive specialty linens, custom centerpieces and tablescape design offerings are guaranteed to deliver the dramatic touches that will make your wedding memorable.

If you are a tech savvy bride and need some help planning your wedding day, you can still secure a professional, knowledgeable wedding coordinator to be on hand to answer an unlimited number of questions via e-mail throughout your planning process. With this package you ask the questions we'll give you the answers - all via e-mail.

We are here to help the groom also! We have 3 different packages for grooms to be for proposing to their brides to be! We love it when a groom comes to us and asks us to create a romantic date so he can propose to the love of his life! We create the full day or evening event and all he has to do is pop the question! Your wedding officiant should help you to be relaxed enough to smile, laugh and enjoy your wedding; to feel the profound emotions of the most tender moments and to have an experience that will be well worth remembering for years to come. We will help you to plan your ceremony so that your ceremony shows who you are with the content that you choose for your service. We can give you some great vow templates or sample ceremony services. Choose what YOU like, write your own, make all the decisions - you are in charge.

We work with you to create the wedding favor of your dreams! We will help you design the space to best suit for photos and guest accomodations, help you choose the bags or boxes and of course you choose all the candy! We'll come out and set it all up for you and at the end of the evening will remove everything for you also! (but you keep the candy!)
